Welcome to Shop Hop Society. By booking, attending, or participating in any Shop Hop Society event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Participation

Participants must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, drivers, business partners, and staff.

Shop Hop Society reserves the right to remove participants from an event without refund for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

Reservations and Payment

Full payment may be required at the time of booking.

Reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been received.

Event prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.

Event Changes

Shop Hop Society reserves the right to:

• Change shopping locations

• Modify schedules

• Substitute venues

• Adjust routes due to weather, traffic, store availability, or unforeseen circumstances

These changes do not qualify for refunds.

Transportation

Participants must arrive at designated pickup locations on time.

Shop Hop Society is not responsible for missed departures due to participant lateness.

Shopping Purchases

Participants are solely responsible for their purchases.

Shop Hop Society is not responsible for:

• Product quality

• Store return policies

• Lost or damaged purchases

Any issues regarding purchases must be addressed directly with the business where the item was purchased.

Photography

Photographs and videos may be taken during events.

By participating, you grant Shop Hop Society permission to use event photographs and videos for promotional and marketing purposes unless you notify us in writing before the event.

Limitation of Liability

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Shop Hop Society's liability is limited to the amount paid for the event.

Acceptance

Booking and participation indicate acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
