Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

By participating in a Shop Hop Society event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand participation involves travel, walking, entering businesses, carrying purchases, and other activities that may involve risks including:

• Slips, trips, and falls

• Transportation-related incidents

• Personal injury

• Property loss or damage

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless:

• Shop Hop Society

• Its owners

• Employees

• Volunteers

• Drivers

• Partner businesses

from any claims, demands, injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation.

Medical Treatment

I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary and understand I am responsible for any associated costs.

Personal Property

I am responsible for my personal belongings and purchases.

Shop Hop Society is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Photo Release

I grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes unless I opt out in writing before the event.

Agreement

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.
