Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. The following policy applies to all Shop Hop Society events.

Participant Cancellations

• No refund

Transfer of Reservation

Participants may transfer their reservation to another individual with advance notice and approval from Shop Hop Society.

Event Cancellation by Shop Hop Society

If Shop Hop Society cancels an event, participants may choose:

• A full refund

• Credit toward a future Shop Hop

Weather Policy

Events operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe.

If an event is canceled due to severe weather, participants will receive a refund or future event credit.

No-Shows

No refunds will be provided for no-shows or missed departures.
